Another WPC error!!

Another WPC error!!

Postby Richard » Tue Jul 22, 2014 8:28 pm

Friday I printed a excel spreadsheet of all the WPC switch returns I had in the yellow. Came in Sunday night to process them and 6 of them were nowhere to be found on the list anymore. Looked under Red, Green and Yellow, and they were just gone.

Called the DBC Monday, and they advised me to call the WPC. They were under 'Recieved'. If you click on the link you can still print the forms.

The WPC accidently 'forgave' a number of kits that had NOT been shipped; luckily I caught it... but they didn't tell anyone, I just happened to catch it....in 2 weeks they would have debited!! I have about 110 sitting here to go back and we're adding 20~40 PER DAY to that pile.... you just simply cannot keep ahead of this junk.

Watch closely, they are pulling out all the stops NOT to pay us for their mess.

Ive got a request for a rear AC hose asm. Part weighs 14 lbs, box is 75 inches long, 28 inches wide and 7 inches deep. When I try to print out a label, site says "Package length plus girth may not exceed 165 inches". How am I suppose to send it back?

I don't think it will let you leave the size blank. If it is "oversized" it will have to be shipped like a "heavy weight" so you will have to download the CT Transport Bill and ship it that way. If it is anything like the Qtr Panel I got in through CT Trans. it should be in bad enough condition that the WPC won't be able to check it out anyway!

It worked. Left demensions blank and it generated a label. Receipt said $11.30. I bet that gets increased. Here comes another one in the red.
