Monthly report (Microsoft spread sheet)

Postby bobdavis2010 » Wed Aug 20, 2014 2:40 am

Hay guys, I'm looking for a format to put in all my monthly info in to a Microsoft spread sheet for my general manager she is a tough one, right know in our monthly meetings I usually put together our level of service, obsolescence, non stk percentage, gross profit percentages ( wholesale, backcounter, warranty, etc) if anybody has something set up I would love to get a new format for this. Let me know thanks

I will try to upload what I use tomorrow for you as I have it at my work computer. It is from a class I went to in Orlando. Forget who the speaker was but I have seen His discs on this site for sale I think.

Great stuff! When I started doing this out of the blue after the training He held, I blew my GM away. One sheet of paper will give Him more info that He will be able to use. You will have to have access to your General Ledger though to fill some of it out, and at the very least have your Controller print you out your specific pages.

You can download a checklist and a spread sheet formatted to match the checklist from www.partsconsulting.com; go to the downloads and download the checklist and key to the checklist and the monthly trend analysis. You may want to make some additions or subtractions as your own need dictates. the forms are not copyrighted and available to anyone who wants them.

Just went and looked at these downloads and then downloaded for further perusal in the AM. Thank you, Mike.
