Like any other "survey" it is only as valuable as the questions asked. Real similar to the RIM program in as much as you cannot determine the customers "actual" feelings by inputting some numbers on a computer. You actually have to stand there and look the customer in the eye while holding a "conversation" about the needs AND wants of that customer. This is something the corporate world has lost complete tract of. Look at the information and support help you are getting out of your quote, unquote reps these days along with the support out of SPAC. it has become "dismal" at best and I do mean at best. The self indulgent greed has reached its maximum capabilities when it comes to discounts and allowances right to the point of 1% discounts (on some orders) while doing a 2% chargeback for returns on the same product. GM Parts provided 49% of GM's profit last year and it is easy to see why. It is even easier to see that it will NOT go away. Once the greedy see the bankroll going in their own pocket then you can NOT expect any change.
