RIM returns & WRONG DISCOUNT

Just got credit for the field scrap portion of a monthly return (not RIM) from this month and the discount was 1%.

I guess someone is starting to pay attention.

Same here Tim. What the hell a month or two and 1% on all returns, they must have raked in enough to cover the vacations we did not sign up for. You know you are going to pay for them one way or another!! Have a nice weekend.
