As per the 2 new bulletins from GM, "The pre-shipment of parts supplied by GMCCA has concluded and the Parts Information section has been revised. Dealers may begin placing orders for key inserts, key cover kits and key rings starting September 24, 2014."
So just for giggles I ordered 120 of the 23279477 this morning. Obviously this must be run by the RIM program as they all went Plant 88. Either they do not have any or there really IS a Plant 88 where they are stored at, along with the clown costumes and GM has been pulling our leg for years. There is also the possibility that someone in the service arena forgot to tell someone in the parts arena that it's OK to send them now. Kind of reminds me of a part number change when GM forgets to tell RIM that it actually happened. Could we please have the MORONS list their phone number so they can explain this to the customer.

I went into RIM today to try and up our counts on wiper blades. 19252696- max quantity allowed is 4. What?? Nevermind the fact that we've sold hundreds of them this year, that's just plain stupid.

GM DM was here today. Next quarters push is......wipers and batteries! Make sure you have plenty for the writers to sell. I wanted to tell him make sure rim stocks me up with parts I can actually sell. Didn't though, he is the poster child for Kool Aid drinkin' empty suit.
