I ordered 96-23247262 on a CSO order Thursday, 24 per line, answerback said order received will advise. Get my answerback Friday and my order is cancelled: limit 1 piece per line for recall.
How do you order 1 piece when they come 4 to a bag?

I would try one order of 24 per control number.

To complete a repair on one vehicle involved in recall 14172, 14299 or 14350 using insert (23279477) and key rings (either 23232599, 23247262 or 13598784), you will need 4 inserts and 4 rings. These components are packaged into merchandising packs of 4. Place the order for 4 pieces of the insert and 4 pieces of the key ring designated by the recall bulletin. You will receive bags with 4 pieces of each part, allowing you to complete the repair on 1 vehicle. Currently there is a quantity limiter of 24 pieces on each of these parts.



In order to complete a repair on one vehicle involved in either recall 14172, 14299 or 14350 using the snap cover (23279476) and key rings (23232599, 23247262 or 13598784), you will need 1 piece of the snap cover and 4 pieces of the ring. The snap cover is packaged in a kit. Place the order for 1 snap cover and you will receive 1 snap cover kit, enough to service 1 vehicle. The key ring components are packaged into merchandising packs of 4. Place the order for 4 pieces of the key ring designated by the recall bulletin. You will receive a bag with 4 pieces, allowing you to complete the repair on 1 vehicle. Currently there is a quantity limiter of 6 pieces on the snap cover and of 24 pieces on each of the key rings.


Ring part numbers, 23232599, 23247262 or 13598784 are interchangeable. Order any one and we will ship the ring part number that is most readily available to ensure timely delivery.


For part numbers 23279477 and 23279476, you will see two answer backs. The first will tell you the order has upgraded to CSO3 and will be followed by a second answer back that says “order received, will advise”.

What are you all doing on the cars that the customer only has/brings just one key? Just glue one and close the recall? And if they show up with a "wad" of keys do you seperate the vehicle key at service write-up and hand them back the housekeys/charms/gym card/flashlight/rape whistle/multi-tool with the advise not to do that again?

I love how that bulletin says in the chart that you will get a response saying contact SPAC and at the bottom of the bulletin, it says Do Not Contact SPAC

TimK & Partsplant, I did limit my order to 24 per line, maybe they will only let you order 24 per control number. Who knows?

I ordered 24 per control number and all 60 orders went through.

I ordered 8 lines of 20 each on the same control for the rings and covers, the covers are showing being shipped but the rings went to 088 last week. How hard is it to crank out thousands of those rings at a time and be able to supply us with them really geez.

I just received in 23232599 rings, all in the same shipping package from my local.. I can't believe how excited i am for stupid keyrings.
