So if the customer only has one key, and they don't want to buy a 2nd key do we provide it or just fix the one key?

The recalls are intended to correct a known product concern. The only recalls that have that free lifetime key provision is on recalls for the ignition switch and ignition cylinder and key replacement (13454, 14063, 114092 14113, 14133). And unless I've missed it these for recall 14172, 14299, 14350 do not have that requirement. We will replace defective, broken or aftermarket keys but not missing keys. !!!With all that being said if the customer calls CAC they'll probably get them anyway.!!!
