Con is they are in cahoots with GM and Chrysler and slowly working towards the same scenarios.

I've worked with virtually every car line you could think of in the United States and can unequivocally tell you this: a car is a car and a part is a part. While every manufacturer has different policies and procedures you're going to rely on the skills that you learned up to this point to be the best at what you do.

If you are looking to make a move find a situation that is the best for yourself and your family. Also look for department that has a leader that you can learn from. Good luck and good hunting. :D
