Recall 14299,14350, and 14172

I just got off the phone with Grainger - they have some coming in the 23rd if any of you guys deal with them. They sell it in a 10g syringe and the 20g tubes but it's only 5 bucks more for the 20g. I would have ordered the 10g if they had it but that was b/o as well

I had a pretty helpful guy on the phone. I think my whole phone call was about 25 minutes while he was checking availability and stuff. Their #s didn't match what I was asking for so he had to research it a bit

"GM customer service" called me yesterday. We have Mr SO&SO on the line with us, can you tell him why you refuse to order his recall parts for 14299?. I said because YOU won't ship me any. I order the amount I need to do the recall for Mr SO&SO and the other 300 that have called in the last 72 hours, and you idiots cancel my order! So why don't YOU explain THAT to MY customer? Imagine my surprise when they hung up on me!!!

Service Manager just got the same phone call (damn I wish it was me) and gave them a similar reply. "Do you realize I just got enough yesterday for 200 customers and you are wondering why I have not made appointments."
Does GM have ANYONE there with a realistic concept of what the hell they are doing? I think NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to call SPAC today about something different and when the agent asked how I was doing, I replied with "I'd be doing a lot better if I wasn't dealing with General Motors" with a chuckle

Received my Loctite 426 today on FedEx ground. Took 16 days to get it after it was ordered.

Same here. Ordered on the 10th and received on the 15th. I called Monday for an ETA and she said everything will ship unless I had a large order and then they will just send a few of each and backorder the rest.
