RIM RE-STRAT?

Still at ZERO this morning.
After checking "compliance", "retail sales" history, "Inventory value" and "turnover", which by the way is exactly the same RIM and Non RIM, I can watch RIMs control over my inventory drop almost 10% since its inception. Its "usefulness" is obviously comparable to its ability to function. It is now fluctuating between 36% and 38% control and NONE of that product "outperforms" what is not under their contol. The loss of dicounts and allowances are compounded by the fact they are using the money to pay for a non-funtioning, worthless program as they have been told sooooo many times before.

I'm not greedy, I'll share. :D

Here's the latest:
"Update Strata 10-23 11:45 AM - As communicated on 10-20-14, there was an error in the Stratification run that occurred over the past weekend. Stocking policies have started to release at approximately 11:00 am today, 10/23/14. Due to the processing time required, policies will continue to create throughout the day. You will need to check throughout the day for your policies. To properly reset the system, all dealers will receive policies based on the strata from the system on 10/17/14. Due to the error you may see a larger number of policies to be worked. Please work these ASAP to ensure proper RIM order quantities. Note: At this time we still plan to run this week’s compliance snapshot this evening, Thursday, October 23, 2014. We apologize for any inconvenience."

I had emailed them asking if I should work this pile of policies or wait. I guess here's my answer. Guess I better get busy..........

Nothing here either. No proposals or percentage. It's not like I don't have anything else going on like my inventory that's a week away. Just sit and wait on all this BS until the very last minute and hope I come in over 85%. Good thing there's no money riding on this mess....oh wait, there is.

Still nothing here either. But since parts managers have nothing to do, check back all day to see if anything shows up, then work the policies asap.I received a suggestion I use the automatic approval for my stocking policies. NO WAY

You know that's what they're counting on - so they can turn a pile of shit into a bed of roses for themselves

here's what they posted on the bulletin board about that

"Tips to Expedite the Stocking Policy Approval Process -- To properly reset the system, all dealers will receive policies based on the strata from the system on 10/17/14. Due to the error you may see a large number of policies to be worked. One tool that may help reduce the number of policies you need to review, is the Auto Approve Threshold on the Dealer Query/Update screen. A dollar value threshold can be added to the system to automatically approve any stocking policy with a total value change of less than the dollar threshold entered. For example: If you entered $50 as your threshold, any policy with a total value change of less than $50 will be automatically approved and not require your review. NOTE: The automatic approval threshold must be entered prior to the creation of your stocking policies. "

How much crap under $50 do think you'd end up with if you actually did that?

Zep I just read that message on RIM. So does that mean if we do not set that threshold we will not see any proposals??? Clear as mud but then again I am a male and I am blonde. LOL
