Larger volume operation looking for an experienced professional who is strong on internal controls, solid processes for every aspect of the department and a daily active presence in the department – not a desk jockey. They would like someone who has managed a $700K to $1M a month operation. Strong on wholesale. 90% fill rate is a minimum. Could be LOL. But I have one of my wholesale guys talking about it. All I can say is I only have to deal with 30 days of it and there will be a sh*tload of guys that wish they had a rental truck full of manure and diesel.
