The last 2 months I had issues with a part missing off of my credit but after I called the credit showed up on next weeks invoice. The most annoying thing is that they are closed on Friday! Must be nice.

What's completely ridiculous is that they are allowed to give partial credit on one invoice and the rest of it mixed in with another one. It makes it a nightmare to track down what goes where (and I'm sure they know it) Why they can't just keep one application all together is beyond me - and them obviously

THE FUNNY THING I NOTICED IS ONCE YOU GIVE THEM THE APPLICATION NUMBER THEY KNOW EXACTLYYYY WHAT WAS SHORTED IN THE CREDIT. SEEMS TO BE CAT CONVERTERS WITH ME

Same thing happened here, always catalytic converters. Last time it took 4 calls and 2 emails, but they finally gave me credit. No explanation though.
