Seems more applicable to ERA than Ignite but still a useful resource. ADP things on there that I have never even used in 20 years!

Just goes to show that ADP & R+R are both very capable systems if one knows how to use them properly!

cville1987 & verofan, can you share your 6910 reports. I have been using the R&R special order feature for over 10 years, but trying to get our GM store away hand written SP cards seems to be more difficult.

I think I have found a method to chip away at their crazy order system.

They are using 5x7 yellow lined pads for order sheets. Hand written special order sheets are my biggest pet peeve. This is 2015 not 1975 for heavens sake! So, I simply printed a pick ticket and trimmed it to 5x7 using the guillotine. My guess is they will whine about the white paper in which case one can buy LASER quality lined yellow paper!

The staggering thing is the old SOR's in the system. No kidding, they date back to 1999 ! This must be slowing the system down? I have found a way in Ignite to clear them by date, so I reckon a cutoff of a year ago would be quite conservative? Has anyone else used this feature?
