Reman Clusters

We use AER, Specmo, ISS or Model depending on who is cheapest. I will say though that AER doesn't charge for unused/returned items whereas ISS now does chrage a $35 bench test fee, so we no longer use them. I have not that I can recall returned an unused unit to the other two yet, so if they ever charge me a fee will determine if I use them again.

Great topic!! We have always used ISS first then Specmo. We have had good luck with ISS so far.
However, after finding this thread I priced a 15923766. ISS $312.00, AJR $275.00, and Specmo $265.00.
I had already placed my order with ISS prior to reading this, I then called them (ISS) and they price match the $265.00.

We have used AJR for approx. 3 years now. Website easy to navigate, customer service and pricing is very good.

We have had too many defective radio & clusters from Model, and today we are done with them. Out of all these comments, who provides the best quality reman parts?

I used Specmo for 10 years at the previous dealer I worked at. Came to a new dealer as PM and they used Model. Was not at all impressed with Model's customer service and switched to Specmo after a few months. No problems since. Specmo has always provided good products and service for me.

To be fair, I had never heard of Specmo until the Equinox center stack recall. We have had no trouble with their products. We use AJR for everything unless otherwise specified by a bulletin, recall or TAC case issue. They have served well, usually arriving next day and always with a prepaid return label. Their website is extremely user-friendly. We even use the return label for units unused. We have had no trouble using ISS when needed.
