how do you get your core money out of GM? i am sending back a part with a core and it's been many,many years since i have had to do this and i have forgotten.

We have our warranty clerk put an add to the original claim for the core

Your Warranty Administrator should be able to submit for the core and the admin fees by debit/submit the repair order the part is being returned to the WPC for.

Don't forget to charge the General 3/10th's for sending it back.

You should claim that for each and every part you return.

Also, make sure your service dept is putting it in 687.
