GL Balances in ADP Drive

This may have been brought up in the past however when I search I find nothing...

In ADP Drive, where do I find my GL balances for my parts inventory? I'm being told 3 different things from three different people in my accounting office (we are a 9 store group). It seems that each tab I click on gives me a different balance.

I can access:
Account Balance
Account Detail
Control Detail
Document Detail
History Balance
Ledger Balance
GL Balance with Detail

Can a expert help me find what my true balance is? It seems I can pull the previous months closing balance however I'm looking to find out what "todays" balance is.

CDK Global Drive + is dead accounting, you can't get a current snapshot, unless you can access accounting, and I'm not sure how accurate that is either, since it's batched accounting.

Account balance is what you are looking for. As far as Richards statement goes just make the adjustment for parts sold during the day.

We are on drive. For us, everything posts in real time. I go to the report and analyze tab>click on account balance under GL inquiry (AGRI), and enter my inventory accounts. I only have 2 at this store, parts and bulk oil. Our Honda store has 3, parts, accessories, and bulk oil.
If you have access to AC at function code, you can get the same thing from AGRI. I only use it for month end reconciliation.

ADP (CDK I am trying to get used to saying) isn't the best for multi-store. So combined inventory is difficult, but with individual stores each stores G/L should come close the MGR value for that store.
