It appears that in the last update, Automate now retains the line you put in when you SORd the part and it stays on the line when billing it out after arrival.

It's a big help but still shocking that it wasn't like that out of the box

Now if they can just fix the ridiculousness of not forcing a new customer to be added in to the system when service writes them up the first time, we might be getting somewhere

Advice - don't ever let your service department talk you in to setting up the system to have SOR parts prepaid on the RO. If you must prebill something, bill it out right on the RO and do a seperate SOR to order the parts.
