Its gotta be tough for a small dealer to stay in the happy zone, and not make the inventory go crazy. Have you been directed by your boss to get that number up?

Ok so here is a pattern forming, my % is falling every day, here are my #s from 6-17 $2,010
$2,957 = 67.97%


and from 6-19 $2,150
$3,597 = 59.76%


I got way more that 140 dollars of stuff from RIM I most be doing something wrong in ADP....right?

another thing i have found too is only do your RIM once a week on thrusdays,that helps too

Also, any CSO or DRO orders you put in for normal RIM supplied parts (like when you run out and can't wait for RIM to resupply) will count against you temporarily and remove themselves from the report within a day or 2.

You can also go into rim and approve the non approved previous excluded part number, that will also bring up your rim score. I fell below and after getting percentage up it still took almost a month before the 10% charge will drop off. If you have any questions email rim directly

Just remember a few other things.....are you on the GM oil program and using GM part #'s for oil? Same for any chemicals, are you using chemicals other than GM an billing them to an RO?

Have you looked at your dealer daily report to see what they are counting against you?
