Answerbacks

Anyone know how to change the email address that the answerbacks get sent to? Tried calling the helpdesk and they kept transferring me..........

Yes- but you do that through global connect. The problem I am having is that, as crazy as it seems, our Globalconnect and EPIC are not linked......
