Not yet. I called last week and they said they are going out in stages and I should get mine today.

Received ours 6/18, installed 6/20 and using them since 6/22. I suggest you shut down the computer(s) and restart before loading any of the discs. Don't know why, but we had to do two of our three that way. Snap-On had ZERO answers for us regarding support that day (6/20).

Got ours over the weekend. Loaded one of 3 Standalones on Monday.

Update stalled because System Restore and Rollback were running and it would not update with these programs running.

Once turned off, update proceeded.

Now for the next two.

Did my PC last Fiday - got an error (logfile) immediately, clicked OK and it continued with no other option. Hung with 1 second remaining while trying to install MS C+++. Waited 30 minutes before calling Snapon. They didn't know but stayed on phone with me while I cancelled and rebooted. Went fine the 2nd time. The Q link update for that took over 24 hours.

Did our other PC Saturday, got same logfile error. no other issues. Was able get all 6 discs installed and Q link started before I left at 1. Came in Monday to find update failed at some point. Ran update again Monday night and it did it successfully.

Now both PCs have been running fine all week. No major issues. One time the search locked up when it didn't find anything. Couldn't click the X or the close button. Had to ctrl-alt-del. No issues like that since.

Also had a VIN from 2014 not come up. Called Partech and wouldn't come up for them either.

Would have been nice if we didn't have to get rid of the old one so if issues come up we could revert to that one.

Only other problem was a headrest not showing up at all unless turned filter off. No way to tell if it was the new catalog or would have been same in old catalog

Overall we're getting used to it and it does seem like a good catalog so far

Is anyone else bothered by the search function not acknowledging that it's searching for anything?

I agree about not knowing if it is searching or not, it would be nice if there was an indicator for that. I also am not a fan of having to type in front or rear, because if your looking up brakes or rotors it wipes out the ACDelco stuff since they use front and rear as descriptors. Not sure who was involved with the pilot but wow I would have thought they would not have made a change like that. The old catalog you could type in frt or rr and it would bring them all up. More changes in this ever changing world.
