How can I find out if Michigan is on the list? I did a google search but came up with nothing, and my rep isn't aware of any such thing.

Goggle warranty reimbursment or call dealerlaw dot com. Have your DP check with his state dealer group if in works.

We have been on it here in Mass since July 2012 cost +81 % - Same procedure submitted couple hundred repair orders to GM. Most everything goes out above retail price including pre-paid maintenance - we charge difference to advertising.

Here in Ohio it's Cost plus 40. I came from a Toyota store about a year ago and I " learn " something new about hourly.

I have been looking into this all well and found MN is able to do this. I am looking for some references. Has anybody from MN done this, is their any repercussions for doing this? The DP is kicking his feet about it thinking he might be charged somewhere else or lose some privileges. So if any body has any contacts in MN please chime in.

Thanks
Mike

Tell him to stop kicking his feet...

There has been no reported factory retaliation or increased audits from our clients. Ask us for references. There are no excuses for not obtaining this revenue.

For more information, or to set up an initial consultation, at no cost or obligation, call 516-873-3000 or complete the form below. One of our Warranty Processing Specialists will contact you promptly.

Unless your DP doesn't want MO MONEY, he needs to do this ASAP.
