Looking for different reports to track employees

I'm looking for some reports to track my employees- Maybe a spread sheet ? We are currently on Reynolds I use 2211 any ideas- returns, gross , percentage. Not really to hold any body accountable but just to see where they can use some help. If any body has anything let me know thanks

For decades it has been a dealer tradition of tracking sales/man/month. Since the cost of parts vary from manufacturer to manufacturer we have found that tracking pieces/man/month is more accurate and a better indicator of the actual workload on the employee. Currently the median is 1100-1400 pieces/man/month with some very organized parts departments going over 2500/pieces/man/month. This applies to all those working in the parts department, from the runners to the parts manager since all are part of the 'team' that brings parts in and moves parts out of the department on a monthly basis. some other useful tools are in the downloads section of www.partsconsulting.com; they are free and come with no cost or obligation.
