Where do I find my ineligible purchases at?

Postby LOWAIRD1964 » Thu Jul 09, 2015 1:58 pm

Sorry if this was asked a million times. I am looking for words and nouns, aftermarket part numbers. I see the gm parts that I may have puchased elsewhere that hurt my percentages. But sometimes we bill out tire plugs, aftermarket block heaters, etc. Is there a place on the report that shows this information? thanks in advance!

Dealer Daily Report-->there's a report called "DLR_Sales_Loyalty_Detail_xxxxxx" xxxxxx being your dealer code.

It's an excel file. Open it and at the bottom, there's a tab called "unrecognized" click the tab and you'll see the last 3 months of:

Failed GM Price Filter
Not a valid GM/ACD PN
Insufficient purchases

When I try to open those reports I get a message "17003: There are no reports available for the search criteria provided"
the help desk and RIM help desk have been unhelpful. one tries to send me to the other and the other tries to send me back to the first one.
Could it just be I don't have permission for some reason?
The GM hasn't been here to ask him to check it.

Where do I get the form to have adjustments made to the unrecognized list?

I get the same error message as JMShocker "17003: There are no reports available for the search criteria provided" I wonder how we can do the same day adjuster if we can't get to the reports.

Go to Global Connect home page. Click GM Program Info. Log in, then click customer care and aftersales. Under reports and recognition, hover over parts loyalty. That will bring up the list of reports available. Click on the report you want to view. You will need excel to view the report and to use the manual adjustment feature. Hope that helps.

We work up this morning to the new and improved globaldisconnect, when go to the app

*View Dealer Daily Report" you have the option to download the reports but all you get is "17003: There are no reports available for the search criteria provided.

Is there a way to get to the old global web page?

The new Global takes me right back to the old Global when I click on the shortcut. Just like everything else does. But it does take me right to my reports

The new Global seems more like a just new menu than anything else

Try getting to it from the Parts Main Menu shortcut and then it's the last thing in the right column on the bottom

When you get to this point, you can click on the link to the left instead of the three links on the right to see your daily report.

Not sure about others, but for me to see all of the reports, I go through global connect to get to the GM Program Information web page. It is linked on the global connect home page on the right hand side. Follow instructions in my previous post after that.
