Here's a message when you first log in to GW:
Pending Debit notification error for Part Return Requests in the US.
The GWM system has updated some part return request transactions to ‘Pending Debit’ before the 21 day part return policy. We are familiar with this concern and are working on the resolution. Those transactions will be held at Pending Debit until the concern is corrected.
Notice the last sentence. They couldn't even get that right.
How many debits do you think they really do each day? Maybe a handful? So instead of just holding off on ALL debits while they straightened their own mess out, they went ahead and screwed everybody.
