First I thought it was Automate as I got an error when I sent my order in electronically - got a "no order found" message. So I called them, checked Global and there was no order showing in GM and no answerbacks. Automate had me send the order in again as they watched, using a different control #. Same thing happened so they figured it was on their end too.
So then I manually put the order in after again checking Global again for both earlier control #s and various part #s from the order and everything comes up "no search results..."
no search results for any of my orders today and no answerbacks
anyone else?
