Unrecognized Part #'s in Dealer Sales Loyalty Report

Can someone please explain to me how to submit Unrecognized part numbers in my Dealer Sales Loyalty Report to have them excluded. Is there a form to fill out, if so where can I find it? Is there someone I should contact regarding this? My DMA is kind of useless when it comes to the Parts side of things. I need some help!

You can contact Tony Ratkowiak at the same day adjuster team he handles the exclusion part I have dealt with him before his number is 1 -810-606-3103

What all can I make the case to have Excluded? What do y'all have moved to Excluded? We do have an in house body shop so I assume my body parts I should be able to do, but what else? Tires not on the GM Program? Flushes?

It is anything that GM doesn't make or sell and it has to be over $100.00 for instance we used to sell
a AM 3rd brake light assy that GM doesn't make or sell but because we sell it for under $100.00 I can't
exclude it anymore which has really affected my sales loyalty good luck to you
