RIM

I am making a return to the GM side of parts after a 5 year hiatus to the AC industry.
Has RIM changed much in 5 years?
I am sure it is still heavy in GM's favor versus the dealers.

My mother always told me if you don't have anything nice to say about someone
or something, don't say anything at all. :D

still sending you too much
of what you don't need,
and never enough
of what you do need...

And you still get "protection" for
the stuff you sell everyday,
and very little "protection" for the
stuff you never sell...

still the same.
still the same.
different day, different year,
still the same.

I had to giggle at the contrast between GT's response and Zep's!

They both summed it up quite succinctly

They still cry when they get caught not taking back the crap they sent too. I have 28 parts in 10 bins that I'm having to ask for them to take back, since they never sold, yet never went back. Most have shipping dates in 2013, and all have Rxxx control numbers....

1 thing they are doing is taking things off RIM control and letting us get hung with them if they do not sell. I have ask my REP what to do with these parts after they wstop selling and get the standard answer. You get return reserve right. Wow a big 1% what a deal.
