OVERpower/BTC funds

Has anyone come up with a way to use either of these funds outside of the posted programs that GM has actually paid? My dealer went to a 20 group meeting, and someone is lying and saying they found a loophole.

Ok, maybe lying is strong, or maybe that dealer's parts manager is the liar, but I can't find a way to spend that money outside the program.

The dealer here feels like he paid into that fund, he doesn't understand it's accrued funds. I do agree that I would rather have it where I could choose not to participate, or use it as return reserve, instead of a program that only about 35% of the GM dealers use/

I believe the only other way to used those funds would be payment of Oe Connection collision link program. Otherwise its use em or loose em.
