Were do I go to add a counter person into Rey Rey so they can invoice, etc ?

You need access to 0551. Then EP for employee profile then I think it's C to set as countrrperson.

Put employee # in field 16. EP takes you to next screen. Counterperson password doesn't matter. E enter.
