Autosoft question

Postby onelap99 » Fri Jan 08, 2016 6:07 pm

I am helping out a sister store (GM) of ours that is on Autosoft. We're trying to get a list of the part numbers that are over 12 months old. I see how to get a dollar figure but not how to get the actual part numbers? Anybody have any advice? BTW I don't think we have access to the report generator function. Thanks.

Reports
Inventory Analysis
Age Analysis (blank for all subsources)
When the report generates, click on the column of parts that are within your age. That's how I do it...you'll end up with 3 reports for parts over 12 months, but it works for me.

Another way is
Reports
Returns-Excess-Movement
List parts with no Sale
From month 13
To month 99

Thank you so much. Heading back there tomorrow so I'll try it then.

156k in inventory, 88k over 1 year old. Some is over 180 months old (have some old R&R reports before the change over). Store does about 70k a month in parts sales. Boss expects miracles so wish me luck!

In the 16 or so years that I have been putting up with this system, I have never even looked at that. Thanks!
