I thought the numbers for sales loyalty came only from CP and W ROs. I found several sales from internal used car prep jobs counted against me under the unrecognized tab. Am I missing something here? I didn't think internal ROs counted against me...

I'm confused...
I thought the numbers for sales loyalty came only from CP and W ROs. I found several sales from internal used car prep jobs counted against me under the unrecognized tab. Am I missing something here? I didn't think internal ROs counted against me...

Any R/O with a GM Vin number, Customer or Internal.

Does Over the counter sales count against you... I have had a few on my list. Has anyone seen this?

No, only repair orders with GM VINs.
