Got my raping today,

MISC CHAR 449.00
Note: MISC CHARGE
Note: D2DLink Monthly Fee
MISC CHAR 31.43
Note: MISC CHARGE
Note: Sales Tax 7 percent
Note: *** PLEASE DIRECT BILLING QUESTIONS TO YOUR PARTS MGR OR CONTACT OECONNECTION CUSTOMER SUPPORT AT 1-888-776-5792. ***

Definitely not worth paying that for us to locate the few parts we need on occasion. We don't sell enough to sprint nor do we have enough Fleet Maint. to make it worth this expense.

No one else is cancelling their subscriptions? These prices are insane, and they will keep raping us unless dealers start cancelling. Do you really need a locator? At the very least voice your opinions on the DFOAB.

Lets see last year my charges with tax were. $4981.92 Subtract from that our service department collected $1,083.38 from Fleet Maintenance (which of course includes a pre-negotiated discount by them)
That was at $388.00 plus tax of $27.16 each month. Total each month $415.16

This year cost up to $449.00 plus $31.43 total each month of $480.43
Annual cost;$5,765.16

Why Do I still have this???

Use your iMR funds to pay for it. I cancelled my mid day data collection a couple of months ago. That alone saved me $50/month.

We tried to get reimbursed for it, and so far they have said no.

Login into gmlam[dot]com
Submit a claim
Use iMR funds not WMA
Follow the instructions and submit your invoice they will credit you. I have been doing it for over 3 years without an issue.

I would venture to guess most dealers use all their IMR on epsilon, cssr mailers. We are usually about 10k in the hole by the end of the year.

I canceled mine and I don't regret it. That said if you plan on canceling it has to be canceled in writing. You have to send a letter to them on company letterhead at least 30 day before your yearly contract renewal date. Good luck canceling after your contract renews. Your stuck for the year if you miss the date.
