Did anyone else not receive their RIM order today? We placed a RIM, DRO and CSO order yesterday and only got our CSO order.

Believe it or not, there was a time when GM Parts was actually PROACTIVE in letting the dealers know if there would
be any kind of issue with the orders. Not anymore. Their attitude is you will get when you get it!

DLI sends it to me everytime there is a delay or something, I always get a message in the morning with the estimated delivery time. he is usually here a lot sooner than that. looks like this:

If you go to their website you can set that up. the previous manager had set it up so everything from them comes with "Dear **********," I've yet to change it.
