Rousseau Metal Modular Cabinets

Hi everyone,

We are undergoing a "revitalization" in our department and we have 8 Rousseau Modular Drawers. For the most part, they are not used how they should be, I work at GM store if that matters. I'd like to know what you would recommend we put in there, being that my idea would be high volume, fast moving parts because they are close to the back counter. I have ideas but more are better, I would like some help. For those of you who have these shelves, we have 7 of the drawers that are thin, 3 medium depth, and 2 deep. We are running R&R, if there are any reports that would help to, that would be much appreciated. Currently at this moment, we have dramatically organized our OEM, Durastop, & Advantage Pads and Rotors, along with our calipers all into a neat, row, I will provide a photo if anyone is interested.

Our s are between the retail and shop counters. We have all the keys and fobs in the shallow drawers. We also keep a lot of the bolts clips and nuts that are high volume. We do not have any deep drawers so I can't say there. Good luck I'm sure you will find it a huge help in organization.

When we built our new dealership we sort of went all out. We use them for any small parts. We keep group numeric within the drawer, but not necessarily from one drawer to the next. Of course, we have about 150 drawers total...
