When I went to the meeting in Grand Blanc we were to told to start looking at pricing from list and not cost? Needless to say the room looked around at each other with a bewildered look. Another gem was to buy fascia's from large wholesalers to get them quicker. wow.....

This is what I do. Look at List, then Cost and if we are not making a fair profit, List goes up. If the buyer thinks that is too much, blame it on GM and smile and say Have a Nice Day :D The fascia thing does work for us,quicker and cheaper.
