EPIC DOWN?

Is it just my store or is it down everywhere? Haven't been able to get in since yesterday.

GM knows its a problem and agreed when I told them that it would make sense to send some kind of communication to dealers...still nothing and it has been out since yeserday

FUC*ING MULTI BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION CAN'T GET THE FUC*ING WEBSITE WORKING!!! YOU THINK THE CORPORATE SCHUMCKS CARE. NO THEY DON'T! THEY'RE TOO BUSY ENJOYING TAKING THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF DECEMBER OFF!

Just about every afternoon this week we cannot get any answerback on orders placed on Global Disconnect. We get a message saying the order didn't go thru and if you check for an answerback we get, "15002: The system is not responding or not available! Please try again later. " Yet so far the order has shown up the next day without reordering. What a POS :x

I wish GM would go back to the era of where everything GM made was made here in the good old U.S.A. and if you were to call the help desk, you would get someone you could understand. :(

What a perfect ending to this week!!!!! A week of long phone calls, hard to compose emails and long hold times. There are certain weeks you may have to get in contact with different GM departments--- like Rim, GlobalConnect, Snap On, your DM, Hudson Xdock, Hudson Depot, Focus Hope cores, GM tire program hotline, GM invoicing, SPAC, Partech, Samedayadjuster. Believe it or not I had all of these this week and you know that none of these can be fixed with one email or phone call it takes a lot of them. Add on a few calls to CDK global and you know you had a long week!!!!! Already told the wife she is driving to dinner because I'm getting sloshed tonight..............

I also had one of those weeks. and now my order is not going through. Now I have to craft a long winded e-mail to my ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS DMA. Who will completely ignore it.
