Battery Core Prices

Just a heads up. Our battery cores were $15 a few months ago then they changed them to $13; I just did a stock order with my WD now they are down to $11!
I'm still hoping they don't end up putting the batteries on RIM...

Each vendor has their own battery core pricing. My three battery vendors' core prices are $10, $12, and $15. For those of you wondering, I have tried selling my $10 cores to my $15 vendor. Didn't work, they wouldn't take the extra at that price.

Two of my venders charge $13.00 the other vender's prices average about $3.00 per battery higher but he has NO CORE CHARGE. Yea I buy the slightly more expensive ones. It's nice to not have to chase tech's when my counter guy will not get the core as I have told him get the core before handing out a new battery. Or ask customers to bring them back in or when the customer bought another brand battery and wants to keep their old battery. The slight increase in cost more than makes up for hassles. The batteries that do come back get picked up and recycled thru Interstate Battery. Which lately gives $8.00 per battery core.
