First I realize this is the Parts section but it seems to be attended better than the service section.
AM I THE ONLY ONE?
I find myself questioning GM a lot lately. Things like how can a potential trailer hitch platform failure be considered a "Customer Satisfaction Program" and not a recall. Furthermore, how can such a thing have an expiration date? Don't get me started on exchange charges.
Replacing valve covers on the old W cars - but we are only replacing the front one? Apparently oil leaking from the rear doesn't burn? Then to top it off we remove the engine cover and leave it off. Leaving the not so pretty engine and it's noisy injectors for the customer to hear.
Maybe I just need a vacation...
