GM LAM AND OEC REPAIRLINK SUBSCRIPTION

When I "signed up" for Repair Link it was witht the understanding that I could transfer $1200.00 from (I believe) the Conquest Parts Fund to pay for it $199.00 per month... Just called into GM Lam because I have always had them do this task for me.... I'm finding out that they are no longer allowing this... Did I miss a bulletin on this? I probably did because I'm too damn busy doing my job and working the counter... I was told we have to use our regualar advertising fund which sucks for me because that $$ is always pretty much eaten up the the service dept with everything they are "forced" to spend it on.....
