Attention Parts Managers:

Please be aware that there is an issue with order transmission. We have communicated to Globalconnect and IT. It is a Severity 1.

You orders are in queue and are delayed but transmitting. Do not reenter orders. Do not change anything about you order and resubmit or you may risk duplicate orders.

Currently, Dealers are getting answerbacks once orders write.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Are you not receiving answerbacks and can't check order status detail; then if you try to input the order manually it tells you the Control # has already been used?

I'll say it AGAIN.A many billions of dollars corporation and they can't get a website to function with ANY
kind of reliability. You think Amazon would still be in business if they had these kinds of problems. No,
they would not. Then again, they don't have a captured customer base like the General has.
