Must have been costing them a fortune in fedex bills.
At least you got an answer back partsguy, we got:
"15002: The system is not responding or not available! Please try again later. "

Here's the problem I have with these IDIOTS. They have a list of VINs for all of the cars that are going to need the valve covers replaced because that's how they did the mailing to notify the customers. Sooooo, they have a pretty good idea how many covers
will be required to repair said vehicles. Perhaps someone can explain HOW you notify customers of a campaign WITHOUT having
sufficient supply of parts?

Anyone remember the Stop-Sale for RV bodies, 23247593 seat belt sleeve kit on recall 14187? 2 years ago, when Workbench slowed to a crawl because of the thousands of SPAC cases being put in all day long. Orders wouldn't process, answerbacks were delayed, SPAC cases took multiple tries to submit, then they decided to put them all on RVW so you couldn't even upgrade to SPAC, just like 12590366 and 25532619 now.

THEN THEY CANCELLED THOUSANDS OF SPAC CASES BECAUSE WE OVERLOADED THE SYSTEM!

I WILL NEVER FORGET OR FORGIVE!

Has anybody tried to put SPAC cases on any orders for valve covers? Don't bother. These idiots acknowledge that
a backorder exists for a cover, but when you try to upgrade the order to a SPAC case, "No Records Found - Please Validate Search Criteria"

Try this....... There is nothing wrong with your TV set or globalconnect. They just don't want us to see how backed up and buried they are in MI and that's why we can't track any orders. We have seen our shipments take two or more days just to ship out of the plant OVN. Sometimes it arrives intact and sometimes it is scattered out over couple of days. Today I found three missing covers from yesterdays shipment at our sister store 20 miles away (thanks FEDX).
Can you see the conference room with GM suits sitting around eating shrimp and finger sandwiches and someone says........... I think we should keep all the recall parts in 1 or 2 plants and make the dealers order 1 at a time and ship them out OVN...... what do ya think???? Ya,sure, sounds good, OK,yup. can you pass me the shrimp sauce? By the way did any of you order the gazillion covers and gaskets that we need?????? SILENCE

The ones we are getting in don't come with any paperwork so you can see which ones are here and which ones are not.
