Has anyone received any since the SPAC cut off date? I got all SPAC B.O.s but nothing since the time we were cut-off from adding SPAC cases.

My oldest order is from 3/2 which shows up on the back order list. My other two orders are from 3/8 and 3/10 do not show as back order. They show up when I track them as under review.......... I guess that means are you really, really, really sure you need these.

No, I have not received a single piece placed after the cutoff time. Prior to this, I was getting both parts in 2-3 days...now I have orders over a week old with no apparent movement.

Nothing here either. Why does GM keep us in the dark about what's going on? If you look at the locator, stock shows being available, but nothing is showing up and no way to know when we can expect parts to come in. If GM's goal is to make dealership parts and service look bad, they are succeeding.

Funny side note; We had a customer order 175 axle seals. When the techs saw the box a couple of them asked if this was the next big recall.... of course we had to tell them yes GM finally got their poop together and sent the recall parts ahead of time. Now all the techs are waiting for the "Axle Seal Recall" LOL

I went in the BO report to upgrade a part to a SPAC case today, I noticed I was now able to see some valve covers ordered on 3/03. I upgraded them to a SPAC case and one from 03/10. Others ordered on 03/07, 03/09, 03/11 still are not showing up on the BO report. I guess GM agrees with the saying "A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds."

I have four orders in for covers 12590366. 3/2/16 3/8/16 3/10/16 3/11/16 The order from 3/2 says 088 BO PEND The order from 3/10 says 088 BO PCHG The orders from 3/8 and 3/11 don't show up at all. What are they doing shuffling cards or why are they not taking them in order of input????? I still have not seen any covers since 3/1......

My orders have been taking 2 weeks to be complete (cover and gasket). Sometimes the gasket arrives in 1 week but the cover takes an additional week; or vice versa. Major SNAFU by GM again.
