Same Day Repair Credit for March

Did everyone get their big credit for March? The accounting office can't find it in my invoices and I can't locate it now either. I have never had an issue until now receiving the credit...Thanks

I ran into this last month for credit from February. My 3 month rolling average for parts purchases dipped to 78% for one month and I lost out on 3k of credit. I have been arguing with my DMA....with pf48s, cf1880s, and numerous other maintenance parts on back order, I am forced to buy from WDs. Why am I being punished, when GM cannot supply the product RIM is supposed to stock for me????

no march yet, feb yes. Mine seem to take 15 days into next month to show up.

My bad. I meant the February credit. It gets applied in the next month here...

Ours showed up around the 20th of March.

I emailed that same day adjuster guy and needless to say he was no help.
Basically told me to direct any questions to my DMA.
GM can do whatever they want with their %'s and # games and we have no control over it.
I explained that the 3 month rolling YOY % was supposed to be per quarter and we aren't even through quarter one yet...
