Does anyone else's Purchase Loyalty seem a little strange this month?
My first report usually has me a 100% then it adjusts down as orders are placed. This month my first report had me at 81.35% and it has been floating around that number since.
I'm currently at 83.97%.
Any ideas? :?:

Mine usually stays in the low 90's...my April MTD has me at 85.82%.

Who do we yell at about that report? almost all the parts under non rim ordered were in fact ordered from GM

I will say, mine is better today (86.65%). Hopefully, it will correct itself be the end of the month.
