Anyone else out there noticing Global Warranty being down? I haven't been able to submit any warranty claims today...

Answered my own question...kind of. Did this and it worked. If you're having this issue you might give it a whirl.

Q: Global Warranty Blank Page issue

A: If you are experiencing an issue with receiving a blank page accessing Global Warranty, you can attempt the following steps within Internet Explorer:

1. Go to the "Tools" option at the top of your IE browser and click on "Internet Options".

2. In the browsing history section, click on Settings > select "automatically" > ensure Disk Space is set to 1024 > Click OK. Click on the Delete button and de-select the very first option of Preserve Favorites Website Data and select only Temporary Internet files, cookies and history > Click Delete.

3. Go to the Privacy Tab and move the slider bar all the way to bottom to Accept All Cookies (if there is no slider bar, click on the default button and then move it down. Make sure the Pop-Up blocker is not checked at the bottom of the Privacy tab.

4. On the Privacy tab, click on the "Advanced" button (Not the advanced tab) > check Override Automatic Cookie handling > Accept both First and Third Party Cookies > Check Always Allow Session cookies > Click OK.

5. Once steps above are complete, close all browsers and open a new session and try to access Global Warranty.
