So in comes said pickup, look up the hitch # and it comes back to use 23344202. I call Partech they say yes to using that #, warrenty said no money for you

I stopped my parts manager before he ordered the export hitch by mistake.

We've done one truck so far, and have had trouble getting the hitches to come in. I think there's something that we're missing as far as the ordering process.

You must order 84139484 on a DRO order only, max qty one per line. Anything other than DRO will cancel. Cannot upgrade to CSO or SPAC. This causes them to ship slow-boat, down the interline pipe with no freight charges. We have about 10 on backorder now but rec'd 3 yesterday from the beginning of April. They also said to return cores as soon as the claim pays in order to keep the reman stock flowing.

Mine have been taking about 3-4 weeks to come in now. Do what Possum said...That is the process.
