This is a question that I would like to know the answer to. I was under the assumption that it pulled the dealer info over from OE Connection.

Inquiring minds want to know.

I had to laugh the other day someone called me from OEC and said they had something to offer me that wasn't very costly. LOL they should give us more for what we pay as it is. No thanks not paying anymore than I already am to them.[/quote

ACTUALLY....
there is a 'locate part' tab on GM dealerworld for the parts manager at least. once you do the locate for PDC's there is a 2nd tab to search other dealers, ACD, ect.

Does this also work if you dont pay for oec anymore?

I just tried it:

12206: Your D2DLink Profile is not set up in Parts Workbench. Please enter your D2DLink ID in Manange D2DLink User Profile.

I cancelled our subscription last October before the December auto renewal and just checked and it still works fine for us.

Go to Reports and Tools in Globalconnect>manage d2dlink user profile. put in d2dlink user ID and password, should work after that :)

ABOUT THE LOCATOR IN WORKBENCH. YOU STILL NEED A D2D USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR IT TO WORK. NO D2D NO LOCATE. EXCEPT WAREHOUSES
