Purchase Loyalty

Does anyone have part numbers that show up on the Loyalty report with a non Rim order, and the part have absolutely no activity for multiple months? and also be able to prove there was absolutely no activity and they still tell you where to shove it?

I have had issues with my purchase loyalty the past few months.. One of my discoveries has been that our DMS (autosoft) was transmitting data twice to RIM, making it look like we were purchasing outside of RIM. It was a mess, and spent several hours of my day sorting it out with the same day adjuster. Thankfully it paid off and got us back to the 4.25%.

If ASI is reading this, they ought to get a fix on it. With everything else to look after, who has the time to talk to the RIM desk!

I have Autosoft Too. So what was going on with it exactly and how did you fix it?

I got no explanation... Autosoft said it was RIMs fault, and RIM said it was our DMS fault.. I am new to this job (6 months) and this has already happened to me twice. The 2nd time was not very bad so I just let it go, but the first time was around 15 part numbers that on 1 rim order that somehow, the data of that order was transmitted from autosoft to RIM 2 times, making it look like I ordered everything a 2nd time, outside of RIM.

fyi the adjuster from RIM was not very nice to me on the phone. It was a crappy experience overall.

Good luck

I guess I didn't really answer your question.. Initially I had to open up the purchase loyalty excel file, where you go to look at your daily report.. there is a button on that spreadsheet to request adjustments.. you fill that section out, and email it back to samedayadjuster at gm dot com. After a day or so I got a phone call from them telling me I filled in the information wrong (oops) and then we went over each part number that I had a discrepancy with.. It took about an hour on the phone, but we got 90% of them cleared up. I don't fully understand how to fill out the chart, maybe if I did that right it would have saved me some time on the phone.
