Yeah. Weird stuff. I called the GlobalConnect helpdesk. The lady had a hard time understanding what I was talking about (shocker, I know) and said they had one other dealer call in reporting the same issues. "We don't know what's wrong at this point...blah, blah, blah...would you like us to call you back?" No. Fix it.
