duplicate orders?

anyone get duplicate orders this week? happened to us a couple times. serving pdc is 051 martinsburg

yesterday i got 8 tire pressure sensors instead of the 4 that i special ordered for a customer.

today, we got another cruze cylinder head. i ordered one last friday, it got installed monday.

i also got duplicate rear bumper parts for a 12 2500hd that we already installed yesterday.

grin and bear it i suppose.

No issues here so far and 051 is my PDC as well.
If you received anything you don't want to put in stock Kathy or Bob should be able to get them returned without affecting your reserve.

My facing PDC (Chicago) is really good about allowing me to return parts with out affecting my reserve, but it has to be legitimately an error on their side or a big mistake. I double ordered a $2000 order and they let me return the doubles under delivered in error. We have not gotten our order four times so far this year, so then when I have to source it somewhere else to take care of the customer and then receive the parts the next day, they have always let me return those without raping me.
